Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) says the Kenya Army helicopter (Hughes 500MD) that crashed Monday morning in the general area of Kithyoko, Machakos County was on a training flight.
On a tweet, the KDF says the two pilots onboard were evacuated from the crash site.
The cause of the crash is yet to be established.
